Fun outside

This was a fun weekend. Saturday I took the PRAXIS. The test I have to pass in order to be a teacher. It didn't go that well. I hope I passed. The first half of the test was all art history and I am terrible at remembering dates, and names. The second half was all theory and covered all areas of art and I felt really good about that section. We'll see. The test was a bubble sheet but for whaterver reason I won't know my score for a month. So...in a month someone remind me to look up my score.

I picked up ivy and it was so nice outside that I took the front wheel off the stroller (Lorinda's) and patched the front wheel. After the work of getting the stroller ready we went for a walk over to first dam to feed the ducks, of course as the pictures show Ivy would rather walk or push than ride. Ivy loves to feed the ducks there. Sunday we played outside and skated. And in the evening we met up with some friends at first dam and fed the ducks again. We then drove up the canyon and built a fire where we roasted hot dogs and mallows. I took the guitar and Ivy sang and played for all of us. It was pretty awesome.

Last boarding day of the season

I splurged. I woke up this morning, and the sun was blaring. We had gotten over a foor of snow two nights earlier, and I decided to go snowboarding. While I was up on the mountain I ran into a friend who shot this photo of me dropping a cliff. Looks cool, but I didn't ride it out.

These wer taken at Rebecca and Russ's house When we went down to say goodbye to Grandma and Grandpa.

This is it

Ivy wants to see new things about daddy, so you will all benefit greatly from my love for her. This is it, my blog.
I went out skateboarding in shorts and a tee shirt yesterday afternoon. Last night the snow began and now there is well over a foot of snow on the ground, so That is it for skateboarding for a while.
This week is my spring break, i'd like to play, but work takes no spring break, so I will try to do a little in the mornings before I go to work.
School is going well, I am enjoying my classes and They are keeping me busy. This is it, my last semester. I will be student teaching in the Granite school district in the Fall, that is West Salt Lake. Things fell apart with the Philippines. I take the Praxis test this Saturday, it will determine whether I know enough to be an art teacher or not. Funny huh.
That is it from me today. Check in later for something hopefully a little more interesting.
