This was a fun weekend. Saturday I took the PRAXIS. The test I have to pass in order to be a teacher. It didn't go that well. I hope I passed. The first half of the test was all art history and I am terrible at remembering dates, and names. The second half was all theory and covered all areas of art and I felt really good about that section. We'll see. The test was a bubble sheet but for whaterver reason I won't know my score for a month. So...in a month someone remind me to look up my score.
I picked up ivy and it was so nice outside that I took the front wheel off the stroller (Lorinda's) and patched the front wheel. After the work of getting the stroller ready we went for a walk over to first dam to feed the ducks, of course as the pictures show Ivy would rather walk or push than ride. Ivy loves to feed the ducks there. Sunday we played outside and skated. And in the evening we met up with some friends at first dam and fed the ducks again. We then drove up the canyon and built a fire where we roasted hot dogs and mallows. I took the guitar and Ivy sang and played for all of us. It was pretty awesome.

I hope you passed your testing! Although it's hard to imaging you as a serious teacher!=)
Ivy keeps talking about the ducks and the chocolate and the fire. She had a blast. Do you have any canyon pics? Did you go ice skating or skateboarding? She says she didn't do either, she just fed the ducks!
No photos of the skateboarding, or the canyon. We didn't go ice skating, but we did the rest.
great pics! sounds like a super weekend (except the test--which I'm sure you did fine on.)
thanks for sharing!
This is your Cuz, Jill. Saw your blog on Jalene's page and thought I would mozy over. I'm glad Ivy convinced you to blog. It's nice to keep up to date with the happenings in your life. :D
Oh, and I'm sure that passed the PRAXIS. I had to take them too (praxis 1 and 2). I didn't think I did very well either, but I passed. I will think good thoughts for you.
